CJ (Campylobacter Jejuni) is the most frequent antecedan enfection in GBS (Guillain-Barre Syndrome). It is particularly associate with predominantly motor form termed acute motor axonal neuropathy (AMAN). lipopolisaccharides of CI isolates from patients with axonal form of GBS share glycoconjugate epitopes with peripheral nerve. In this article we tried to analyze the relation in between GBS and CJ; and on this base GBS pathogenesis, too.

CJ (Campylobacter Jejuni) GBS (Guillain-Barre Sendromu)' de en sık karşılaşılan hastalık öncesi enfeksiyondur. Özellikle AMAN formu ile beraberliği dikkat çekicidir. CJ lipopolisakkaridi ve insan periferik sinir glukokanjugat epitopu arasında benzerlik vardır. Bu derleme yazıda CJ enfeksiyonu ve GBS arasındaki ilişkiyi ve bu temelde GBS patogenezini gözden geçirmeye çalıştık.
