Sistemik Lupus Eritematosus ve Psikoz: Bir olgu sunumu

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), is an autoimmune disorder characterized by multisystem manifestations. SLE is associated with depresyon, mania, anxiety, conversion disorder and various type of psychosis. Here we report a patient who had diagnosis of SLE for 6 years and had psychosis with visual and auditory hallusinations and delusion of control while ender preventive quinine treatment. In this case during the period of psychosis other better known manifestations of SLE were absent and results of serological tests were all negative. Clinical features of SLE psychosis has been discussed.
