Farklılaşmamış Tip Şizofrenili Bir Hastada Capgras Sendromu

The main characteristic feature of the Capgras syndrome is the patients delutional conviction, that the persons in contact with him are not their real selves but are, instead, their awn doubles, who imitiate the characteristies of the persons they in personate. In our case the diagnosis was undifferantiated type of schizophrenia according to DSM-III-R. In addition to the manifestations of schizophrenia the patient believed that, because he was "high intelligent" the USA goverment gaye salory to him and for taking away this salory his mather was not his real mather, bat is, instead of her another person who imitiates his mother. A treatment with antipsychatic drugs gaye him some insight. in this article, the Capgras syndrome at a case of undillerentiated schizophrenia will be discused.
