Case Report
This article reports, a partial complex epilepsy case which had been diagnosed and treated as bipolar disorder for the last 5 years. Although, presence of diagnostical difficulties, and atypical course the patient had been consistently evaluated as mood disorder in all previous hospitalizations. During the last admission to hospital, patient had a similar clinical presentation, but this time patients complex partial seizures were observed and then the diagnosis was reevaluated.
