Primary progressive aphasia is a progressively devoloping disease, beginning with language disturbances. Although cognitive and behavioral fıınctions are protected at the beginning, psychiatric symptoms may become evident as the disease develops. We conclude that the early demantial behavioral symptoms, especially with language disturbances should be considered as primary progressive aphasi, which is an important issue in the differential diagnosis of psychiatric disorders.
