In this study, three cases who have first admitted to the hospital because of their acute-nonaffective paranoid delusions, are described. Our purpose is to discuss that the reasoning relation between the life events or stressors before or during prisonement and acute oncet paranoid delusions among the prison inmates who had never been in prison before.
