After synthesis of clozapin in 1960, atypic neuroleptics have begun to be used in clinical practice are dated. Their differences from clinical practice are having less side effects and more effective on negative symptoms. So that treatment resistant patients and the patients that cannot use classical antipsychotics because of their side effects can be reached. This article reviews the concept and clinical practice of atypical neuroleptic.
