There are so many .factors of deficits in handwriting and signature. Some of these factors are the position of the patient, the surface and the instruınent used in writing, the psychological situation, the side effects of drugs used, the use of alcohol, narcotics, stimülants and hypnotics, physical and psychological diseases and the age of the patient. Preleading factors also can be psychological, neurological and orthoapedic diseases. Some of these diseases include impairrnents in fluency, some impairments in figures and some both of them.

Handwriting deficits in Alzheimer Disease (AD) are because of memory loss, psychological and physical changes, drugs used for AD therapy and progressive age. This study is based on the studies of the forensic document experts on the AD patients documents including the problems and solutions.
