Case Report
Diseases affecting the central nervous system like brain tumors and delirium may present with various symptoms. Not only neurological, but they may as well be psychiatric. Making a diagnosis before exploring and ruling out all possible organic causes of the symptoms may lead the clinicians to incorrect diagnosis and treatment. This may result in misdiagnosis of diseases for which early diagnosis is vital, and also in early death of the patient as well as legal problems for the clinican.
