Suicidal thoughts and suicidal behavior are rare conditions before adolescence. To review the features of suicide in such small children, factors causing this condition and subjects that should be paid attention on behalf of preventive psychiatry; we examined a 5.5 years old girl who referred to our outpatient unit.
