Behçet's disease is an idiopathic inflamatory disorder with multisystem involvement in which central nervous system (CNS) involvement is sometimes seen before the manifestations of the other systems. Early diagnosis and treatment is important in preventing the neurologic sequeles and cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has an important place to establish the diagnosis. Vasculitic lesions are seen easily in MRI which are localized through the brain stern and the diencephalon. Cerebral hemorrhages are rarely characterized in Behçet's disease. In this study, we present a neurobehcet case with hemorrhagic transformation which is really rarely seen until nowadays and we discuss it with the literature.
