There are a number of neurological disorders which cause multiple lesions in the brain. MR1 is superior to the other major imaging techniques in the detection of such multiple lesions, so as to be most helpful in the differential diagnosis of their clinical pictures. Characteristics such as localisation, symmetry, demarcation and signal intensity are helpful in delineating the etiology of multipl lesions. In this study, it is aimed to set the correlation between clinical and MR1 features of patients, and it was found that supratentorial involvement occurred in all patients in accordance with the clinical picture dominated by seizures and mental retardation or deterioration found to have multiple lesions in their brains.
