Lakuner Stroklu Olgularda Klinik Tablo ile Bilgisayarlı Beyin Tomografisi Bulgularının Karşılaştırılması

We correlated the computed tomographic and clinical examination of 31 patlents who had lacunar syndromes. 13 patlents had pure motor hemiparesis, 2 had pure sensory stroke. 7 had sensorimotor stroke, 6 had psodobulber palsy and 2 patlents had ataxic hemiparesis. One patient was unclassilleted. 27 cases had radilogical fındings. 4 patlents had a negative scan. In 24 of the 27 cases a lesion was found which could explain the lacunar saydromes. 7 patlents had a single lesion and 4 patlents had two lesions while 14 patlents had multiple lesions. Lacunes are generally linked to an arterial systemic hypertension. Howevcr. 23 of 31 patients in Iliis series were chronically hypertensive.
