Capgras Sendromu: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Capgras syndrome was first described in 1923 as the delusional conviction that other persons in the patient's enviroronment are not their real selves but are double or impositor that have assumed these person's appearance. The problem is controversial that is this condition, described by Capgras a special syndrome. or just a syptom occuring in one of the well-known clinical entities. However, it is obvious that, although the patients presented other symptoms, this particular delusion was center of the symptomatology. There are organic and psychodinamic approachs for the patogenesis of the syndrome.
