Wilson's disease iş a hereditary disorder of copper metabilism resulting in deposition of copper in brain, cornea, liver and kidney. In the brain basal ganglia, cerebral cortex, brain stern, dentate nucleus, substantia nigra, and cerebellum are the primarily affected sites. Although MR is more effective in demonstrating especially the brain stern lesions, the CT findings of a patient also correlated very well with his brain stern symptoms. In this paper, we present this case with the CT fındings.
