In this study, the psygological profiles of medical doctors and their social resources were examined. The data for this study were obtained from 150 medical doctors who were working in various health service facilities. A questionnaire and symptom check list (SCL-90-R) were applied to each of the subjects. Findings were discussed in the light of literatüre.
