A neurosyphilis case presenting with psychotic symptoms and having an atypical localization

Neurosyphilis, one of the clinical manifestations of syphilis, may emerge with nearly all psychiatric signs and symptoms. Neuroradiological findings of neurosyphilis can appear in many forms according to the pattern and the location of the involvement. In this case report, we are presenting a male patient who had neurosyphilis with temporal lobe involvement, whose clinic presentations and radiological findings recovered after penicillin treatment.
