Thougts of morbid jealousy which are considered as delusions of ealousy and are diagnosed as delusional disorder, in reexamining the patient who is the subject to the treatment, thoughts of morbid jealousy were diügnosed to be obsessional jealousy and she has been diagnosed to have pathological jealousy. In our study, the diagnosis and treatments are discussed.
