CJ (Campylobacter Jejuni) is the most frequent antecedan enfection in GBS (Guillain-Barre Syndrome). It is particularly associate with predominantly motor form termed acute motor axonal neuropathy (AMAN). lipopolisaccharides of CI isolates from patients with axonal form of GBS share glycoconjugate epitopes with peripheral nerve. In this article we tried to analyze the relation in between GBS and CJ; and on this base GBS pathogenesis, too.
