Bipolar Bozuklukta Duygudışavurumu ile Ailelerin Sosyodemografik Verileri Arasındaki İlişkiler

The objective of this study is to investigate relationship between perceived level of "expressed emotion" of patients and demographics of their family. This study was included 60 patients with bipolar disorder and 60 relatives who lives with the patients. These relatives are called "key relative" . The patients who have been consented the study were interviewed during discharge hospital. The patients were carried out Scale of EE and their relatives were carried out LEE. In additional, two data form rating demographics of the patients and their relatives were used. Both level of LEE of the relatives and level of EE of the patients were distinguished high and low EE according to mean of EE points and met demographics of family. There were significant differents between high and low EE subgroups, particularly subgroup emotional overin volvement (EO) in the age, gender, marital status and education. Results provide that the parents were expressed their feelings in the style of emotional overinvolvement to younger unmarried patients.
