This article provides an update on some of the most prominent and promising clinical trials such as Cladribine, CAMPATH-1H, Methotrexate for chronic p ı-ogressive Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and inteıferon beta (lb, la), Copolymer 1 for relapsing-remitting MS. These and other pending studies, point to the significant increase in clinical trials activities related to MS, both for agents to treat the underlying disease and for symptomatic management. Individuals with MS and physicians who may be interested in any of the agents discussed here should be certain ta consult the clinics specialized for MS.
