Standart tests are'nt adequate in determining mild CTS. More sensitive methods have been developed, but limited number of them were compared with each other and with standart ones. In this study, we aimed to compare all of these tests and to find the one which was most sensitive. In conclusion, lst phalanx median-radial, 4th phalanx median- ulnar distal sensory latency dillerences and 3th phalanx wristipalm sensory velocity, rate esere found more sensitive methods. This study also showed that ta tuse these three tests together made to diagnostic rate 100 %.
