Eosinophilic granuloma (EG) is the most commonly seen benign form of Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH). Its etiology is unknown. It develops by the accumulation of eosinophils and histiocytes on the medullary layer of the bone. Occipital bone localization and intracranial growth is a very rare condition in EG , therefore we decided to discuss this case. Approaches for treatment in EG are stili open to discussion. In our case presentation, diagnosis and treatment methods are studied by reffering to the related literature.
