Nowadays the treatment of brain abscesses only with medical therapy is controversial. Surgical approach with different neurosurgical techniques has been widely accepted as the most effective procedure in the treatment of these devastating lesions. In this artikel we presented a case, which is detected in early serebritis stage and through treated with appropriate combination of antibiotics has been enlarged and thereafter succesfully removed surgically.
