Servicocranial artery dissection that can be traumatic, spontaneous or due to vessel wall pathologies- connective tissue disorders is mostly seen in the servical part of the arteries and presents with ipsilateral head and neckpain, Horner' s syndrome or serebral ischemic signs. Rarely, lower cranial nevre palsy has been reported. 52- year-old man had admitted with left hypoglossal nevre palsy. In etiologic examination bilateral servical carotid artery dissection and bilateral pseudoaneurysm formation was found. In the lower cranial nevre palsy, carotid artery dissection must be thought in the differential diagnosis.
