Neuroleptic malignant syndrome, commonly caused by anti-psychotic agents and also anti-depressants, antiemetics, dopamine releasing or blocking agents, is a rare but life-threatening condition. We present here the report of a case with normal serum CK levels and also present a review of the literature in the English language.
